ItalMesh has set itself the goal of automation, human-machine interaction and above all the traceability of the entire process for the year 2020. Tracing all the production phases, easily identifying the goods produced is essential in order to improve quality standards and guarantee constant support to the customer, being able to trace back at any time to each phase of the production process, from the purchase of the raw material to the date of shipment of the material.

The traceability process, through marking, of each individual panel simplifies installation, being able to identify the correct positioning of the product leaving no room for error.

ALWAYS AVANT-GARDE TECHNOLOGIES

ItalMesh production covers over 20,000 square meters and is made up of latest generation machinery interconnected and communicating with the programming and planning offices. The production areas are divided into sheet metal processing sectors with cutting and bending areas, profile processing areas with machining centers and marking machines. The robotic welding area guarantees fast times and production consistency for large and small batches of material.

ItalMesh has also dedicated an area of the plant to the creation of surface finishes, in fact inside it boasts 3 latest generation painting lines, completely robotic. ItalMesh production technicians have supported the technological development thanks to their over thirty years of experience in the sector.
