DESIGN & ENGINEERING

ItalMesh, through a qualified team of designers and engineers specialized in product development processes, supports customers who choose an innovative and unique product.

Concept design: product planning; identification of customer needs; identification of product specifications; concept generation, selection and testing; product architecture;
Engineering: CAD, executive technical drawings, assembly specifications, bill of materials, design for manufacturing, technical product communication through illustrations, animations and interactive 3D material;
Numerical Modeling: fluid dynamics simulations (single-phase or multiphase); thermal simulations; structural simulations with traditional or innovative materials; dynamic simulations such as impact and crash; multiphysics simulations); simulations of multiphase systems

BIM MODEL

The team of engineers, architects and production technicians, supports the customer from the early design stages, up to the supervision of the installation on site. ItalMesh also has within it professionals specialized in Building Information Modeling (BIM), a methodology that helps to plan and optimize production, as well as the implementation and management of the construction project.All data relating to the project can be collected, combined and connected digitally within a database. The virtual construction can also be viewed as a three-dimensional geometric model. The workflow developed by the internal technical department guarantees complete traceability of each product element.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

ItalMesh has always invested in research and specific technological knowedge that allows it to be constantly in step with the times and with the needs of the market, so as to be able to offer cutting-edge and tailor-made solutions to meet any request. In collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, patented Zero Gravity Eden panels were installed inside the University Center to test the benefits of the environmental impact of the Green Walls in a metropolitan city like that of Milan.

ItalMesh is also studying the best plants not only to absorb pollutants and climate-altering gases, but also to enhance biodiversity. The ZeroGravity Eden modules will be installed in 4 different cities, in order to study and improve the product based on the climatic characteristics.

INSTALLATIONS

WE FOLLOW OUR PROJECTS FROM THE INITIAL PHASE TO INSTALLATION

The patented fixing methods have been specially designed by the ItalMesh team so that installation is quick and easy and the panels are removable.ItalMesh has achieved the RT-05 certification (Accredia Technical Regulation 05) which contains provisions for the assessment and certification of the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001: 2015) of the construction and installation companies of plants and services operating in the construction sector.
This regulation provides the guidelines for the management of the site access and management documentation which, in addition to the safety aspects, provides a series of documents designed to provide complete traceability of the product, from the raw material to the finished product installed, also providing a manual of use and maintenance.Being able to identify each individual panel is essential given the complexity of some projects and the guarantees given.
