With a dynamic growth in recent years, Muhammad Binghatti has pioneered a new architectural era in the Middle East thanks to the extensive portfolio of real estate projects featuring groundbreaking architectural design. All of his projects are authentically conceived and in each one there is a story rooted in the deep heritage of the region and articulated through a contemporary visual language. The new residential complex is inspired by the deeply rooted tradition of pearl fishing in the region; it can be seen from the external facades which remind the structure of pearls shells. Another peculiarity lays on its geometrical structure which differences it from most skyscrapers of Dubai city. ItalMesh Team has participated to the construction of this architectural masterpiece by realizing the lower part of the building using 6000smq black powder-coated “Brescia250” panels.
